Dordogne - Spacious restored old stone farm comprising main house with self-contained gite (207 m2 approx.), many outbuildings, large pool (12m x 6m), wells, a stream and magnificent mature and flowering gardens all set on around 10 hectares of adjoining land (including 2 building plots) with pretty views just outside a small hamlet between Le Buisson de Cadouin and Lalinde, around 35 minutes from Bergerac airport.

On the north side of the property is a semi-circular terrace leading to a small entrance hall giving access to the owners accommodation and the office and a set of tiled stairs leads to the first floor where there is the self-contained apartment which the current owners rent out during the summer either on a weekly basis (885 Euros per week) or as a B&B. The apartment consists of a large landing used as a lounge area (9m2), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area (22m2), three bedrooms (16m2, 15m2, 12m2) all with shower and wash basins, and a separate wc. Across from the property on the south side, concealed from the house by fruit and nut trees (plum, cherry, apple, pear), are two small shelters which used to be used to house poultry and further down the land is a larger open fronted barn for storing farm equipment and materials beyond which is around 9 hectares of grassland. On the west side is around 5000m2 of woodland and on the north side of the property is further grassland leading down to a natural source with small stream and pond.
On the east side is the pool area with stone terracing, nicely exposed and getting sunshine all day.
